When I started my corporate career, I gained 30 lbs and felt uncomfortable in my own skin, insecure and lost...

After becoming a successful food blogger, my weight skyrocketed even more. I felt uncomfortable in my own body, and I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror. I knew there had to be a better way, so I got to work, became a certified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and learned that losing weight doesn’t have to be hard; it could even be delicious.

I battled with my weight for 10+ years.

Throughout my life, food was always the center of my world. My entire family is from Ukraine, which means we are ALWAYS around food. You name it, for any celebration, promotion, birthday, or just good old bonding time, we were ordering takeout. Food was my home. I loved it so much I became a food blogger. 

After graduating college, I started working in a fast-paced, high-stress tech environment. I loved it, but all of my time and energy went into work. I didn’t know a thing about eating healthy, what to eat during the day, or what to order when I was out with friends... within months, I gained 30 pounds.

 

As a young adult I was overweight, and I had no idea what to do about it - I didn’t even know where to start. 

When I moved to New York, my food blogging passion project turned into a full-blown career. My life sounded amazing: I was getting treated to the best restaurants and my favorite brands were sending me incredible food. The glitz and glam was there, but the confidence and happiness in my own skin was not. 

I took a step back from food blogging; my desire for wanting to feel good outweighed everything else. 

I told myself there had to be a way to lose weight in a sustainable, healthy, and natural way. So I did the research, I applied what I learned, and the results were mind-blowing: I lost 30 pounds in three months and never looked back. 

I became so deeply passionate about weight loss, I went to school to learn the ins and outs of nutrition, and became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. On top of working 60 hours a week, I studied 40 hours a week. I did it because I truly believe there is no better feeling in the world than feeling POWERFUL in your own skin, and I wanted to help other people feel the way I do.

At its core, food changed my life in more ways that I can count. Food continues to heal me day-in and day-out and it fuels me to be the best version of myself every single day.

12 weeks ago I thought I started a diet... I was totally wrong. This program is NOT A DIET. This is the real deal lifestyle shift I didn’t know I needed.
